TOKYO (Reuters) - Japan's annual defence review on Tuesday expressed "deep concern" over what it sees as China's coercion as a more assertive Beijing flouts international rules when dealing with other nations.

Japan is absolutely right in pointing out that China has no regard for rule of law regarding international behavior. Essentially China is operating with a my way or the highway attitude. In this regard war is inevitable with China. In the meantime China is happy to bide its time in order to build up its military while avoiding military confrontation until then. It appears events have caught up to China sooner then China expected and military confrontation with China will occur before China is ready. So much the better. China was hoping to wait until their military was advanced enough and thus wage war on their terms. Too bad China. It seems China will have to use its military to defend their ridiculous claims throughout the South China Sea before China's military is ready. Well China it is time to put up or shut up. No longer will you be able to continue your lawless international aggression without expecting military conflict.
