Trump’s Lack of Global Leadership Will Be Exploited, Says Ex-NATO Chief: Donald Trump has made the world a more dangerous place and his lack of global leadership will be exploited by the likes of Vladimir Putin and China’s Xi Jinping, according to former NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen.

U.S. President Donald Trump has made the world a more dangerous place and his lack of global leadership will be exploited by the likes of Russia’s Vladimir Putin and China’s Xi Jinping, according to former NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen.

据北约前秘书长拉斯穆森的说法，美国总统唐纳德•特朗普让这个世界变得更加危险，而且他缺乏全球领导力，这将被俄罗斯和中国的领导人所利用。

Trump is a “fully fledged American isolationist” who has disrupted the international order fostered by the U.S. and its allies after World War Two, Rasmussen said in an interview with Bloomberg Television in Berlin on Wednesday.

I tend to think that critics are right when they say that Trump's isolationism and fecklessness are threats to international security, but man you've got to sympathize with the frustrations of Americans when you read a sentence like this. He was prime-minister of Denmark from 2001-2009, where he left to become Secretary General of NATO.
He was a big supporter of following USA in sending troops to the Middle-East, a move that was fairly unpopular.
Fogh has always been rather Pro-USA, and fond of the view that it is the "Worlds Policeman".
