China did not have computers hundred years ago but China had abacus like below photos thousand years ago already with which Chinese could do math ( additionsubtraction multiplication and division ) . Even now many Chinese over 50 years old can still do math with abacus instead of calculatiors . I know you may have a computer or calculator but i doubt you can do math quicker than many Chinese without a calculator . You know many Chinese can do mental arithmetic .

For example many kids can give correct answer in a few seconds if they got questions like : (809–559 +300 - 5o + 250 ) x 5 = ? they calculate in mind and some can resolve much more difficult math questions .

China holds the top two spots for fastest computers in the world and Switzerland holds the third with the U.S. in the fourth fifth and sixth spots.
The Top500 list of the most powerful supercomputers in the world was released yesterday at the 2017 International Supercomputing Conference in Frankfurt Germany.
The U.S. formerly held the third spot but this time it was edged out by a system from the Swiss National Supercomputing Centre which moved up from eighth place. This is only the second time in 24 years of compiling the Top500 list that the U.S. did not have a computer place in one of the top three positions.

Many years later as I am facing this question I remember that distant afternoon when my father took me to discover computer.

The computer was first brought to China by some Gypsies decades ago. That was a good sunny day as I can recall. My father decided to bring me to the show although the tickets were really expensive for which we sold our house. Finally I saw the computer beautiful elegant standing there on the square of Forbidden City. That was an amazing day for me. I have hardly been as happy as that time in my later life. Until today I can still remember the look of the computer that day although I still can’t afford one.

Of course not “computers” maybe you meat “electrical brains”? If so China does have a few: Hwa-wei Think-pads Oppo Xiaomi even a couple of foreign-origins like Apple like Samsung.

in China there is no computer ， no Internet，no bicycle，no bus，no democracy ，no freedom，no money...，our the ordinary people on foot and the wealthy people ride horse my country is a poor and backward country ，and many people are living a hard life．

No China doesn’t have computers. And they are not needed. either. The Chinese brain is so far developed and is more advanced than a super computer.
