BEIJING: China on Monday cautiously backed India-Japan nuclear deal+signed during Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Tokyo visit saying all countries are entitled for peaceful use of nuclear energy if they meet the international non-proliferation obligations.

中国星期一谨慎支持日本-印度的核协议，这是纳伦德拉·莫迪总理在访问东京期间签订的。中国还称所有国家如果能满足国际核不扩散协议都有权和平利用核能。

Beijing also reacted mildly to the references to South China Sea+ in the India-Japan joint statement reiterating its earlier stand that countries outside the region should respect efforts made by China and other contestants to resolve the dispute.

This type of co-operation for promoting peace is essential to ease the tensions otherwise existing. The UNO should be re-organised giving scope for entry into the permanent seat there based on the popular vote among the members and also based on population of the country. A single transferable vote by each nation based population should be made just like the Presidential election in USA and then admit the other permanent seats. Such organisations have to review their rules and amend them wherever required. China is trying to befriend with India on certain issues. It will not be hostile to India even some war arises between Pak. and India since Pak. is thirsty of a war.
